Terms of Service

1. Provider and service

Provider: [COMPANY / NAME] (details in the Legal notice). "Sale" is an online tool to prepare used items for sale: AI identification and text extraction from photos, market price research, listing-text generation and listing tracking. Posting is assisted: you paste the finished text and price into the marketplace yourself — the service does not post automatically and does not guarantee a sale.

2. Formation of the contract; the user

The contract is formed electronically, in Hungarian, upon registration and acceptance of these Terms; it is not filed as a written contract. The service is for persons aged 16 or over.

3. Plans and fees

• Free plan: limited quotas (item count, daily AI calls, daily price research, photos per item). When a quota is reached, that function is temporarily unavailable.
• Pro plan: paid subscription with larger quotas and extra features (unlimited items/price research, larger AI quota, batch processing, price watch, export, statistics). Current prices and any trial are shown on the Plans page before payment.

The displayed price is the final, gross amount and includes any value added tax (VAT) applicable in your country of residence. For consumers located outside the European Union, the service is supplied outside the territorial scope of EU VAT, and no Hungarian VAT is charged. We issue an electronic invoice for each successful payment, showing your name, billing address and country, sent to the email you provided. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see or store card data.

Price changes. We may amend fees unilaterally; we give at least 30 days' prior notice in the service or by email. From the notice until the change takes effect you may cancel free of charge. For existing subscribers we endeavour to keep the locked-in price.

4. Subscription, renewal, cancellation

The Pro subscription runs for the chosen period (monthly/yearly) and renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime via "Manage subscription" (Stripe portal) or at [CONTACT EMAIL]; Pro remains active until the end of the paid period, after which the account becomes free. Fees already paid are not refunded.

5. Right of withdrawal (consumer information)

Under Hungarian Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.), consumers have, as a general rule, a 14-day right of withdrawal for contracts for the supply of digital content. When purchasing the subscription, however, you expressly request that performance begin immediately upon the start of the subscription period, and acknowledge that, in view of this, your right of withdrawal ceases once the subscription period has begun — pursuant to Section 29(1)(m) of Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.).

6. Your obligations

• Upload only items/photos you are entitled to sell and use images of; avoid unlawful, misleading or infringing content.
• Keep your account credentials confidential; do not use the service abusively or in an automated way to bypass quotas.
• Follow the rules of each marketplace when posting.

7. Content moderation

We may remove content that violates these Terms or the law, or that harms the rights of others or the security of the service, and we review user reports within a reasonable time. In case of repeated or serious violations an account may be suspended or terminated.

8. Limits of AI features

AI identification, price estimates and listing text are machine suggestions that may be wrong; you are responsible for the final content and price. Price research relies on external marketplaces whose availability is not guaranteed.

9. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude liability for the accuracy of AI suggestions, the availability of external marketplaces and for lost sales. We do not exclude liability for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, or to life, bodily integrity or health.

10. Termination

You may delete your account anytime in Profile (this deletes your data). The provider may suspend or terminate access for serious breach of these Terms.

11. Complaints, dispute resolution, governing law

Send complaints to [CONTACT EMAIL]. Consumers may contact the competent conciliation body and the consumer protection authority; EU online dispute resolution: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Processing is governed by the Privacy Policy. Hungarian law applies; for consumer-rights provisions the relevant EU directives and the Hungarian Civil Code apply.

12. Changes

We may amend these Terms unilaterally; we give prior notice of material changes in the service or by email. Amended terms apply from publication or the indicated effective date; continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
